- Unworn Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Tags Included: All original tags must be attached and included with the return.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.
2. Return Time Frame
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship the Item: Please securely package the item and send it back to us at the address provided in our instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as final sale
- Customized or personalized items
- Preordered Items: Preordered items are also non-returnable, as they are specially ordered for you. If you have questions about your preorder, please contact us.
